Education management through my eyes.

 


Education management is the System which emphasises the meaning of education in a broader sense which refers to the term of executive education system comprising the practical measures on learning mode. But country like Nepal and the education system that has been practised till date is really complicated. However, few educational institutions are now equipping themselves with newer technologies and working with the digital mode of teaching and learning. Despite the use of newer techniques, the pedagogy of educational management is still old fashioned. As an educator involved in this sector for almost a decade, I have experienced and applied different method of teaching & learning process. I have learnt how we can change the meaning of education by the use of technology. Likewise, I got the opportunity to learn how the practical application can be more effective in educational management to bring out the change in the development of the curriculum and even the assessment.
